The primary business of the firm since around 1995 has been in management strategy consulting. Since around 2010 TL Management left the business of executing major consulting assignments with multi-person project teams. The principal owner of TL Management, Dr. Thomas Lückerath, has then concentrated on financing and business development, serving as the sole full-time employee of the firm, but operating within a large and evolving network of partners worldwide.
